STRATEGY 2030
TOUT POUR LES ENFANTS ET LES JEUNES EN LEUR GARANTISSANT LA QUALITÉ ET L’EXCELLENCE.
A STRATEGY TO MEET REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
To meet the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders, we are implementing a quality management system. This system enables continuous improvement of:
- the ambitious qualitative satisfaction of our beneficiaries through tailored and caring support.
- our offers and services within our missions, adapted to society's changing needs.
- the systemic approach through inter- and multidisciplinary collaboration with effective and coherent interfaces.
- safety, well-being, and welfare of all involved through a secure and enabling living environment.
- regulatory compliance of our services and facilities in accordance with all applicable standards.
- genuine commitment to sustainable development by integrating eco-responsible practices across all activities.
OUR VALUES AND QUALITY APPROACH
Our quality approach is supported by strong values and based on key concepts:
- Lead with integrity and in line with our long-term vision, anticipating future challenges and planning appropriate responses.
- Manage participatively and agilely, involving our teams and remaining flexible to changes.
- Strengthen a climate of trust, essential for collaborative and effective work.
- Become a learning organisation by developing and mobilising everyone's skills and competencies.
We develop an exemplary culture centred on the children, young people, and families entrusted to us.
S‘ADAPTER À UN ENVIRONNEMENT SOCIO-ÉCONOMIQUE ET LÉGISLATIF EN MUTATION
ADAPTING TO A CHANGING SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND LEGISLATIVE ENVIRONMENT
We are aware of the rapid changes in socio-economic and legislative frameworks affecting our sector and ensure their integration into our development projects. These changes require constant adaptability and heightened vigilance from us to remain compliant with new regulations and anticipate society's emerging needs. In this context, the Lëtzebuerger Kannerduerf Foundation, together with its governance and partners, is launching a masterplan for the renovation, expansion, and development of care capacity potential at the Mersch site.
PROCESS APPROACH: AN AGILE, DYNAMIC FOUNDATION CENTRED ON ITS BENEFICIARIES
With 55 years of existence, our Foundation is ready to continue evolving pedagogically with agility and resolutely facing the future. Our long history provides a solid foundation of experience and trust with children and young people. Our Strategy 2030, supported by rigorous quality processes, places our beneficiaries at the heart of our operations. We firmly believe this approach will enable us to continue delivering high-quality services tailored to each beneficiary's specific needs while honouring our commitments to all stakeholders. To achieve this, the Foundation is establishing a "Quality and Sustainable Development" department. By mapping our activities, we aim to optimise every stage of our interventions and services, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and rapid, adapted responses to the needs of entrusted children, young people, and families. This methodology enhances our effectiveness and guarantees exemplary service quality through internal audits.
